Order Confirmation

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method.

Order Changes

Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible before it is processed.

Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
• Sale, customized, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
